Information about new release of WissIntra NG

From now on, you will be informed about the new release and the associated release notes of WissIntra NG in the navigation bar on the very right.

By clicking on the version numbers you can directly access the corresponding release notes on our website.

Your own logo in reports and prints

If you have embedded your own logo in the WissIntra NG Reports, it is now also displayed in all PDFs generated by the Print function.

To do this, save your logo as "ReportLogo.png" in the folder "<Storage Location>\Images" , where <Storage Location> is the document path that is displayed in the administration area in the section Documents - Storage Location.

Your own logo in the notification e-mails

From now on, you can not only integrate your logo into reports and prints, but also embed it in the header of the notification e-mails.

To do this, save your logo as "MailLogo.png" in the folder "<Storage Location>\Images", where <Storage Location> is the document path that is displayed in the administration area in the section Documents - Storage Location.

New way of displaying result documents

In the tab Result document within a process card you can now easily see

• if no template or
• if an internal or external template was used.

Notification of comments

It is now possible to notify certain roles, users or external e-mail addresses by e-mail as soon as a user has added a comment to a task. You will find the settings in the administrator area as usual.

More detailed information about the document version

In the detail view of a document, the following information is now listed in the Versions tab and in the History:

• Change of the document title without uploading a new document
• Upload of a new document with the same document title

Download of documents with restricted access

Now it is possible that a user who only has access to an action or an audit by special permission can download a document with Access restricted.

Correct file names in Internet Explorer 11

So far, document titles have not been displayed correctly in Internet Explorer 11. We have managed to fix this so that you now get the title of the document displayed correctly in the URL, in the application or when saving.
