Improved display of search results

The search results in WissIntra NG is now structured more clearly and grouped by modules.

User import via LDAP always assigns the Read User license

When importing a user via the LDAP interface, a Power User License has always been assigned to the user. From now on, the user is always automatically imported with a Read User license.

Installation requirements with additional information regarding terminated servers

The latest installation requirements for WissIntra NG have been extended to include information regarding the end of support of the Windows Server 2008 R2 at the end of 2018.

Save with CTRL + S

If you edit text and images within a modal in a field with HTML Editor, you can save the modal with CTRL + S.

Notifications of roles in the approval workflow

An error in the notification of roles within the approval workflow has been fixed.

Filter for criteria in the Process Manager

Like the filters for tasks in actions or for criteria in audits, a filter has also been implemented in the tab Criteria in the Process Manager.

Changing the view in the Process Start Graphic

As an administrator, you can use a link element within the process start page to link directly to the process matrix from the Process Start Page.

Position within the Process Matrix or Swimlane remains unchanged

After you save and close a modal within the Process Manager, your position on the screen within the Process Matrix or the Swimlane is kept.

Changed header within the Process Manager

Instead of the header “Process Manager”, the name of the location is now displayed at the top level and the name of the parent process is shown at all lower levels.

Arrows in the Swimlane

From now on, the directions of the connections within the Swimlane are indicated by arrowheads.

Exchanged colors for Risk matrix (Opportunity)

IIn the tab Risk matrix (Opportunity), the colors of the matrix have been changed, so that the positive evaluation of the chance is highlighted in green and the negative impact / probability is marked in red.

User-defined tags in the document are now displayed during the approval workflow

Fixed display error: When a document is in an approval workflow, the tags assigned by the user are displayed correctly in the detail view.
